子どもたちの生活　　　本園　小舎制方式の中で

当園の形態は小舎制（Cottage　System）方式です。一軒一軒のホームに、一般家庭と同じように、子ども部屋、リビングルーム、台所、浴室、洗面所などが配置され、居室担当ケアワーカーとともに、生活のすべてが各ホーム単位でいとなまれています。各ホームは原則として6名の子どもが幼児から高校生まで、男女組み合わせで、人数の多い兄弟姉妹のように助け合いながら、またときには喧嘩もしながら賑やかに楽しく毎日を過ごしています。

Life of children

A cottage system is applied for the operation of this institution. In principle 6 children of both sexes live in each cottage with care workers and each cottage can make its own daily routine according to its situation.

Breakfast is prepared in each cottage. Lunch and dinner are cooked by licensed cooks.

Children sometimes have the chance to cook as they like starting from going shopping.

Having meals all together is important to give children the pleasure of happy home and deepen the relationship with each other.

子どもたちの生活２　　　分園　グループホーム

様々な事情で家庭から離れて暮らしている子どもたちに、家庭そのものの中で子育てを―との構想で、地域小規模型グループホーム「ヒソップホーム」、「マナの家」、「凪の家」と、施設分園型グループホーム｢さくらホーム」を設置し、住宅街のさなかで、子ども達が居室担当ケアワーカーと共に生活をしています。

Life of children ～ Family Group Home ～

According to our concept of real homely life for children who are separated from their families for various reasons, we are running four Family Group Home in the residential areas.

Five or six children live in each group home with enthusiastic, affectionate care workers　just like an ordinary family being supported by kindly and friendly neighbors.
